Global Electronix Pvt. Ltd is looking for two Accountants to join its finance team — one at the mid level and one at the senior level. The roles involve day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Mid Level Accountant
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records including purchase, sales, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements
- Handle VAT, TDS, and other tax filings under supervision
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on billing and payment matters
- Support internal and external audit processes
Senior Level Accountant
- Oversee complete accounting cycle and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
- Manage tax compliance including VAT, TDS, and income tax filings
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are properly followed
