Job Description
- Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of Financial Records / Book Keeping of the assigned business verticals
- Responsible for managing end to end responsibilities related to all payments of the assigned business verticals from preparing vouchers to journal entries to manage bank accounts.
- Support Finance Supervisor by preparing various financial reports as per requirements of the business.
- Support Finance Supervisor in keeping track of cash flows of the respective business vertical ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and future business requirements.
- Responsible for managing daily realization of Receipts of the assigned businesses.
- Responsible for Party Reconciliations of the assigned businesses on a regular basis.
- Responsible for managing all business travel related activities of the assigned businesses.
- Responsible for employee claims with regard to business travel and others as per the policy of the organization.
- Responsible for managing official letters of the relevant areas.
- Responsible for managing activities related to LC and other related activities as per the requirement of the assigned businesses.
- Responsible for IDS / Retention / VAT and other related activities as per the requirement of the assigned businesses.
- Support Finance Supervisor in collaborating with various internal departments in providing financial insights and support.
- Maintain relations with finance related external stakeholders as a part of requirements of the assigned responsibilities of respective business verticals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Finance Supervisor as a part of the Accounting responsibilities of the assigned business vertical.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (Master’s degree or CA Intermediate preferred)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Sound understanding of VAT, TDS, LC, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic work environment.
