Job Description
- Manage overall secretarial and administrative support to the management team.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems (both digital and physical).
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls, emails, letters, and messages professionally.
- Prepare official documents, letters, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and foreign employment agencies.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, interviews, and travel arrangements.
- Welcome and assist visitors and candidates with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the office, supporting HR and documentation departments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records, client information, and sensitive data.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Office Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Prior experience in the manpower/recruitment sector is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with documentation for foreign employment processes is a plus.
