Job Description
- Monitor Personal Journey Plan compliance of sales team members and prepare report through sales force software
- Provide technical support to the sales team members in using sales applications and sales force software
- Monitor and clean the data entered by the sales team members in sales force Software
- Monitor distributors’ order fulfilment status by the sales team members through sales force software
- Prepare sales target vs achievement report
- Provide technical support to the service team members in using service application
- Prepare distributors’ sales reports that are primary and secondary sales reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Prepare distributors’ investment report on a weekly basis
- Prepare distributors’ stock vs. floor stock report on a monthly basis
- Compile outlet wise reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Prepare and maintain outlets’ repetition order report on a daily and weekly basis
- Prepare and monitor outlets’ outstanding report on a daily and weekly basis
- Prepare a weekly stock report warehouse wise
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in management with 2 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree in management with 1 year of relevant experience (Preferred specialization in MIS)
- Excellent computer skill [Very good Excel knowledgel]
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good Analytical skill
