Nepal Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperative Unions Ltd. (NEFSCUN) is the sole apex organization of financial cooperatives of the country with an excellent track record and rich legacy. It has been working relentlessly to enhance professionalism and good governance among its members to bolster their sustainability and competitiveness through persistent mentoring, conducting quality assurance programs, and network management.

In order to carry forward its multifarious undertakings in an uncompromising fashion and take the organization to the next level, it is seeking to recruit a dynamic, competent, prudent, and experienced professional in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. Eligibility Requirements
Academic Qualifications: Master's degree in management or equivalent from a recognized university. Must possess at least 10 years of prolific management or experience in the related field after the completion of educational requirements.
Age: Minimum 35 years and not exceeding 55 years on the last date of application.

Requirements

  •     Possess wide and extensive knowledge and experience on managing of business and services of financial institutions, cooperatives, or micro Finance sectors.
  •     Develop craft in preparing, creating, analyzing, forecasting, and generating financial indexes, revenue sources and market mechanisms.
  •     Have a clear vision, thought and insightful knowledge of network management and digitization of financial cooperatives.
  •     Ensure proficiency of developing a strategic directions of national level financial cooperatives ensuring alignment with the reputed and successful international practices.
  •     Oversee entire operations and business activities to ensure they yield desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  •     Ability to facilitate the board of directors regarding lobbying and advocacy with the government and other related stakeholders.
