Job Description
- Prepare journal voucher, payment voucher, purchase and sales voucher and petty cash voucher in accordance with authorized supporting document manually and electronically on a daily basis
- Collect sales bills and conduct its adjustment into an accounting package and prepare customer balance report
- Prepare debit/credit note for sales/purchase return
- Assist management to prepare sales report, purchase report, collection report and bank balance report
- Submit VAT/ TDS cheque and statement to Tax Payer’s Office
- Issue debit/ credit note for dealers' monthly claim
- Collect and submit financial documents and banking documents from different financial institutions
- Collect and submit an insurance claim and cheque
- Deposit PF/ CIT and submit statement respectively
- Confirm bank balance through phone and internet
- Collect and submit banking documents for loan and other purposes
- Ensure vendor’s payment is done properly on time and further accounting treatment is done with an authorized supporting document
- Deposit cheque and cash in different banks
- Collect bank statement/ debit advice/ credit advice from concerned banks
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Management with minimum 1 year of exprience in Accounting
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Software (TALLY/SWASTIK)
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Package
- Ability to perform multi task
- Must have two- wheeler license
