Job Description
Four Season Construction and Builders Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural design development from concept through execution. The role requires strong proficiency in architectural design software, comprehensive project coordination skills, and excellent client communication abilities. The successful candidate will manage detailed drawings, supervise junior architects, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain ongoing client engagement throughout project delivery. Experience in hospitality and commercial building projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development of architectural projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Prepare, review, and finalize detailed working drawings, presentations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate design integration with structural, MEP, interior design teams, and other relevant consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects to maintain quality and timely project milestones.
- Conduct regular site visits for inspections, progress review, and resolving design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, municipal bylaws, and NBC (National Building Code) standards.
- Prepare submission drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and documentation required for building approvals and permits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, design changes, and timelines.
- Participate actively in client meetings, design review sessions, and prepare compelling presentations for client approvals.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with strong attention to detail, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience, with strong preference for candidates who have worked on hospitality and commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other rendering tools.
- Strong technical skills in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards (NBC).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects successfully.
- Ability to conduct site visits ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
