Job Specification
- Master's/Bahelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- Experience with budget management and reporting
- Good time management and project management skills
- Ability to create persuasive materials and presentations
- Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
