Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Representative to join our sales team in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role involves managing sales orders on a retail basis, supporting the sales team, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting Orders from retailers/wholesalers-Field Work.
- Process sales orders from retail clients accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotations and product information as needed.
- Follow up with retail clients for order confirmation and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels to support order processing and stock availability.
- Provide regular reports on sales orders, delivery status, and customer feedback.
