Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Specialist to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for our digital platform. This role involves executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing sales outreach, and closing deals—primarily with B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and have strong communication skills, especially in dealing with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients through email outreach, cold calling, and social media engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage promotional content aligned with branding and campaign goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely updates and reporting.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape and refine marketing strategies and sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, lead conversion, and sales outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with international clients; fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage and convert sales leads through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English for professional client interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
