- Accompany and assist guests during assigned tours and travel programs.
- Coordinate with guests throughout the tour and ensure their needs are properly addressed.
- Explain tour itineraries, destinations, activities, transportation, and other arrangements to guests.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, local guides, restaurants, and other service providers.
- Ensure all services are provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
