Job Description
- Overall management and smooth operation of the BLS Visa Application Center for Spain and Slovakia in Nepal.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team of Visa Assistants and support staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with BLS International guidelines, Embassy of Spain, Embassy of Slovakia, and Schengen visa rules.
- Oversee the complete visa application process: document verification, data entry in BLS/Embassy portals, appointment management, biometrics, and submission.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards to achieve excellent visa approval ratios.
- Handle complex applications, escalations, appeals, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the Spanish Embassy, Slovak Embassy (via Switzerland), BLS Regional Office, and VFS (if required).
- Monitor daily targets, productivity, and service delivery KPIs.
- Conduct regular team training on visa rules, document checking, and customer service.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and adherence to BLS SOPs and ISAE 3402 standards.
- Manage center inventory, infrastructure, and daily reporting to higher management.
- Implement process improvements and maintain excellent customer experience.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s) in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in visa processing / application center operations.
- At least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Prior experience in BLS International, VFS Global, or Schengen visa processing is highly preferred.
