Job Description
The Reservation Officer will be responsible for handling and managing all reservation-related activities efficiently and accurately. The role requires strong coordination with sales teams and service suppliers, excellent communication skills, and a result-driven mindset to ensure smooth booking operations and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Register all booking requirements upon receiving reservation requests from the sales team.
- Coordinate with service suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.) to arrange and confirm reservations.
- Send Reservation Requests (RR) and emails to suppliers, follow up, and obtain booking confirmations.
- Receive, verify, and file confirmations in sales files and update records in the system.
- Maintain accurate reservation details in register books and internal records.
- Record reservation details clearly on files and ensure proper authorization and signatures.
- Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports and submit them to the Managing Director’s office.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and error-free reservation handling.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.

- Previous experience in tours, travel, or reservation handling is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems are an advantage.
