Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Implement effective sales techniques to engage potential clients and close deals.
  • Generate leads through direct outreach, field visits, market research, and industry events.
  • Convert leads into long-term partnerships with high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Design and execute B2B-focused marketing strategies to promote our textile products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of fabric products and their applications across sectors (e.g., fashion, manufacturing).
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the textile industry.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Education: Intermediate level or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B or textile sector.
  • Strong understanding of fabric types, uses, and the textile industry landscape.
  • Proven ability to use sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition within the textile domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
