Job Description
EXIM Nepal is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide general clerical support to team members as required
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Intermediate level of spoken English.
- Candidates with fluent and confident English speaking skills will be given high preference.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid scooter/bike driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Own scooter/bike
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: NPR 18,000 – 20,000 (Gross), based on qualifications
- Fuel allowance provided for company-related work (not for daily commute)
