Required Technical Skills
Applicants should have profound knowledge in:
- Network Fundamentals (OSI and TCP/IP models, Network Architecture, IP Subnetting)
- Routing (Static/Dynamic Routing, P2P addressing, Routing protocols: OSFP, BGP; Firewall: NAT, Mangle; DNS, DHCP, Web Proxy; QoS, HotSpot; VPN: PPP, PPTP, L2TP, PPoE, EoIP, IPSec)
- Wireless Technology (Wireless standards, frequencies, tools, security, bridging and protocols, WDS, MESH)
- Switching (VLAN, Bridging)
- Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, preferably, RouterOS, Cisco IOS and Radius Manager)
- Hardware (Routers, Switches, UTM devices, Radio Devices, Antennas)
- Applications (Microsoft Office Suite, preferably, WinBox)
"RHCE / MTCNA / MTCRE / CCNA certifications will provide added advantage"
