Position: Documentation cum Application Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Application and Documentation Officers to join our study abroad team.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the documentation process for students applying to study abroad, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of required documents.
• Must be a team worker and should be able to coordinate with the team and fulfill the requirements on timely manner. 
• Follow up with processing students to collect missing documents for visa application.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Working Hour: 8:30 A.M to 5:00 P.M

Job Specification

• Should be able to use Microsoft Office properly. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Should have good writing and spoken english ability. 
• Should have worked in the field of application and documentation for at-least a year. 
• Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill. And should possess excellent attention to detail. 
• Applicants from Lalitpur area are given preference. 
• Applicants who have worked in education consultancies previously will be given preference.
• Should have the knowledge of application process and documentation for Australia/UK/Canada.
