Job Description
We are looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end digital strategy for our EdTech platform. Your mission is to build a high-conversion engine that attracts educational leaders, nurtures them through the B2B sales cycle, and establishes our brand as a thought leader. You will manage SEO, paid media, email automation, and social presence, ensuring all efforts are scalable for our future international launch.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Lead Generation
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) specifically targeting educational decision-makers like School Owners, Principals, and HR Managers.
Optimize the "Lead-to-Demo" funnel, ensuring that digital traffic doesn't just visit the site but actually signs up for software trials or sales calls.
Implement retargeting strategies to keep our brand top-of-mind for institutions during their long evaluation periods.
Content & Inbound Strategy
Oversee a content calendar that addresses the pain points of modern educators (e.g., "Automating Fee Collection" or "Student Engagement in Virtual Classrooms").
Work closely with the SEO specialist to ensure all content is optimized for local search today and global authority tomorrow.
Manage the production of high-value lead magnets, such as whitepapers on "The Future of EdTech" or "School Digitalization Checklists."
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
Build and manage automated email nurturing sequences in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to move leads from "Interested" to "Ready for Sale."
Segment audiences based on their role (e.g., different messaging for a Teacher vs. a CFO) and their geographical location.
Brand Positioning & Social Media
Maintain an active and professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build community trust.
Coordinate with the product team to highlight new feature releases and customer success stories through video and social content.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on critical SaaS metrics: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Use data insights to advise leadership on which local markets are most profitable and which foreign markets show early "organic interest."
Job Specification
Industry Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS, EdTech, or Enterprise Software backgrounds.
Performance Marketing Mastery: Proven track record of managing paid budgets effectively to drive B2B leads, not just "likes."
MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Email Automation, and Web Analytics (GA4).
Strategic Copywriting: Ability to write or edit compelling, professional copy that speaks the language of educational professionals.
Scalability Mindset: Understanding of how to set up tracking and campaign structures that won't break when moving from one country to ten.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to ensure the quality of leads meets their requirements.
Specific Performance KPIs
Cost Per Lead (CPL): Maintaining a healthy acquisition cost within our current local market.
Demo Conversion Rate: The percentage of website visitors who book a product demonstration.
Email Engagement: Open and click-through rates for automated nurturing campaigns.
Brand Share of Voice: Increasing our visibility compared to competitors in local educational forums and search results.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: Competitive salary based on skill level.
Growth: Structured mentorship and opportunities for rapid career advancement.
Culture: A collaborative environment utilizing modern tech stacks and flexible working hours.
