Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging marketing content including blogs, videos, infographics, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the company's presence on social media by posting relevant content and engaging with audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others to generate reports and improve ROI.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters, product promotions, and follow-up sequences.
- Lead Generation: Support sales teams by generating qualified leads through digital channels.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency of the brand across all digital platforms.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
Job Specification
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an IT or tech-related company.
- Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
