The Project Coordinator will support the effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of project activities to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of project objectives. The role also involves leading coordination for business expansion initiatives, with a primary focus on product enhancement and business growth, in alignment with approved plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities in accordance with the approved work plan.
- Ensure timely execution of all project activities as outlined in the business and implementation plans, including product enhancement, system upgrades, feature development, and certification processes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and recommend or implement corrective actions as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, management, clients, and partner organizations.
- Ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support management in planning and executing national and international business expansion initiatives.
- Contribute to discussions related to product positioning, client onboarding processes, and scaling implementation operations.
- Assist in aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and growth plans through collaboration with the CTO and technical teams, as required.
- Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies when necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with company leadership and partner teams regarding progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Collect, compile, and maintain project data and documentation, ensuring proper filing and record management.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports, implementation updates, and risk assessments to partners as required.
- Facilitate internal review meetings and support project governance processes.
- Assist with coordination related to partnerships, new client engagements, and operational scaling initiatives.
