We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Institutional Sales to lead business growth, develop strong institutional partnerships, and expand our market presence across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new institutional customers, including hotels, hospitals, schools, industries, NGOs/INGOs, government offices, and other organizations.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term business relationships with institutional clients.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Prepare quotations, participate in tender processes, negotiate contracts, and finalize business agreements.
Maintain and increase sales of the company's products through institutional and corporate channels.
Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and the sales team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service.
Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables while maintaining healthy credit management.
Analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Set sales targets for team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve business objectives.
Compile, analyze, and present sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and providing after-sales support.

Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in Institutional Sales (B2B) is mandatory.
Experience handling Modern Trade (MT) accounts, key retail chains, distributor management, and merchandising is highly preferred.
Prior experience working with household, personal care, or consumer goods products will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of institutional sales, B2B business development, and key account management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
Experience in preparing quotations, participating in tender processes, and handling corporate contracts.
