Job Description
We are looking for 2 energetic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
Prepare and maintain dining tables before, during, and after service.
Process bills and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Job Specification
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in Nepali; basic English is preferred.
Well-groomed, smart, and professional in appearance.
Tall and physically fit to perform restaurant service duties efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
2 Male candidates preferred.
