Waiter (Male)

We are looking for 2 energetic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally.
• Prepare and maintain dining tables before, during, and after service.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in Nepali; basic English is preferred.
• Well-groomed, smart, and professional in appearance.
• Tall and physically fit to perform restaurant service duties efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• 2 Male candidates preferred.
