Job Description
Handle technical support for branches and dealer service centers to ensure quality service delivery.
Manage warranty claim evaluation, approval, and coordination with internal teams and principals.
Conduct periodic service audits and ensure compliance with company and OEM service standards.
Provide technical training and guidance to service technicians at branches and dealer workshops.
Analyze recurring technical issues, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
