Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating and executing social media strategies to promote our agricultural products and services.
- Develop engaging content, including posts, infographics, and videos, tailored to our audience's interests in agriculture.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on various social media platforms.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Order Taking & Processing:
- Receive and process orders for agricultural products from customers through phone, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain detailed records of customer orders, including product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment statuses.
- Address and resolve any order-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Outlet Management:
- Support the daily operations of our agricultural product outlets, ensuring they are well-organized and stocked with fresh products.
- Assist in setting up product displays and ensuring the outlets are visually appealing to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, helping them with product selection and answering any questions.
- Work closely with outlet managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and sales growth.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media marketing and the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Customer-focused with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
