Position: Social Media, Order Management & Outlet Care Intern

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Assist in creating and executing social media strategies to promote our agricultural products and services.
• Develop engaging content, including posts, infographics, and videos, tailored to our audience's interests in agriculture.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on various social media platforms.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.

Order Taking & Processing:

• Receive and process orders for agricultural products from customers through phone, email, and social media.
• Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain detailed records of customer orders, including product specifications, delivery schedules, and payment statuses.
• Address and resolve any order-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Outlet Management:

• Support the daily operations of our agricultural product outlets, ensuring they are well-organized and stocked with fresh products.
• Assist in setting up product displays and ensuring the outlets are visually appealing to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, helping them with product selection and answering any questions.
• Work closely with outlet managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and sales growth.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and the agricultural industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
