Organisational structure
We have an open and collaborative organisational structure that optimises our expertise across the policy cycle. Our Board provide strategic guidance and governance oversight, while our Management Team ensures we deliver sustainable, value-for-money results for our clients.Our structure is based around leveraging our consultants multi-sectoral knowledge and specialist expertise to deliver sustainable solutions through our nine international offices. With an in-house team of over 50 dedicated business support staff, we provide round-the-clock, rapid support across all our offices and projects.
Financials
Ultimately, our aim is to improve the quality of life of the ‘bottom billion’, not our bottom line.
Our profits are predominantly invested in expanding our international network of offices and strengthening our team so we can offer our clients, and the communities they serve, an effective, high-quality service.
Shareholders
OPM is owned by its staff and individuals with a shared commitment to international development.
The composition of our shareholders ensures that we can think and operate independently, free of a parent company or a majority shareholder that might have less socially-oriented goals.
