IMPACT Nepal’s Rural Ear Care Centres treat ear disease. ENT and orthopedic surgery camps restore hearing and mobility using a mobile surgical tent. Other projects include health education; home gardening; nutritional supplements; immunization; improving water sources and toilets; and maternity care. IMPACT’s Hearing Aid Centre and Orthotic and Prosthetic Centre make assistive devices for disabled people. Community support continues following the 2015 earthquakes.
