Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and creative Online Sales Manager to lead and manage our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our e-commerce website, managing digital channels, and driving online sales. This role requires a blend of marketing knowledge, design sense, and basic IT/hardware/software understanding to work effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Sales
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions on the company’s platforms
Promote company products and services through creative online campaigns
Monitor key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and ROI
Platform Management
Oversee and manage the company’s E-Commerce website (www.cloudlink.com.np)
Regularly update product listings, prices, and promotional banners
Coordinate with the tech and sales team to ensure real-time product availability and support
Social Media & Branding
Manage and grow presence across all social platforms:
Facebook Page
Instagram
TikTok
Design and publish eye-catching promotional content, reels, stories, and posts
Monitor social media analytics and recommend improvements based on performance
Design & Promotion
Prepare creatives and visual content for social media boosting and ad campaigns
Coordinate with external vendors/designers if advanced visuals are required
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Job Specification
Educational & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
Basic understanding of hardware and software components
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be digitally literate with hands-on experience managing online platforms
Preference will be given to bike owners for field visits when required
