Job Description
The Documentation Officer is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing student admission and visa-related documents. The role includes uploading documents to universities, maintaining accurate student records, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely and error-free submissions.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and organize student admission and visa-related documents
- Upload and submit required documents to universities and partner institutions
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation files
- Follow up with students regarding missing or additional documents
- Coordinate with counselors and universities to ensure timely submissions
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and deadlines
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in documentation, education consultancy, or a similar role
- Fresh Bachelor’s graduates with strong skills and motivation may be considered even without experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling, document uploading)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
