Job Description

Job Specification
  • Education: Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Nepali & English).

  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and email handling).

  • Personality: Pleasant personality with professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
