Job Description

Job Specification
Education: Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Nepali & English).
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and email handling).
Personality: Pleasant personality with professional appearance and positive attitude.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
