Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and draft professional documents including proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage client relationships and maintain ongoing communication with domestic and international partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manpower industry.
- Oversee project timelines, reporting, and ensure task completion within deadlines.
- Maintain office records, schedules, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and official travel.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Project management experience or aptitude.
- Experience in the manpower/recruitment field preferred; freshers with a strong mindset and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
