Job Description

The Support Head is responsible for leading and managing the support function, ensuring efficient resolution of client and internal issues, and maintaining high operational standards. This role oversees support teams, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the support team to ensure high performance and professional development
  • Oversee daily operations of the support function, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and generate regular operational reports
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction
  • Identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to reduce operational bottlenecks
  • Ensure professional and consistent communication standards across all support interactions
Job Specification
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience: Prior experience of 2 or more years in managing support operations or leading a team in a relevant function
