SML ISUZU Preferred experience in TATA, Mahindra, Ether or Ashok Leyland for the below requested designations. These positions offer steady growth process. Requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions. 

Assistant General Manager — Automobile Division Head

• The AGM will have independent charge of the Automobile Business of the Company, reporting to the Executive Director.

• He will be responsible to oversee the company's operations to ensure efficient product flow, quality service and cost effective management of resources.

• He will be responsible for the marketing and business promotion of vehicles, services and spare parts and related products.

• He will oversee the management of the showroom and the Service Centre. Guide and motivate the team of co-workers for the best results and plan for growth of business.

• He will interact and coordinate with the Principals, business associates and related agencies.

• He should be suitably qualified as an Engineer and or MBA having at least seven years work experience covering all aspects of Automobile trade.

• The position offers good prospects of growth and to be a member of Senior Management team of the Company. 

 

Sales Executive

Will be responsible for promoting the sales of Vehicles and related products and maintain good customer relations. Assist the Marketing Manager in achieving the sales targets.

• Should have a Bachelor's Degree preferably with sales and marketing specialization. Should have 2 to 3 years experience in automobile sales. 

Service Manager- Service Centre & Spares 

• He will be responsible for the overall management of the service centre & the workshop to provide after sales service to the customer. He will concentrate on providing best quality service & develop further business.

• He will also be responsible to communicate with the principle supplier on all service related matter.

• He will set up standard operating procedure of the work shop & supervise the work on daily basis, manage inventories, supplies & manpower for efficient & cost effective working of the unit.

• He should be qualified engineer having around 5 yrs. Exp. In the similar position. 

 

Assistant Manager — Spare Parts Sales 

He/she will be responsible for promoting sales of spare parts and manage inventories. Assist in customer service at the Service Centre.

• Should have a Bachelor's Degree experienced in computerized inventory management, billing and record keeping. Should have five years experience automobile spares sales and management. 

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
