1] Company Secretary – Managerial Level (Kathmandu)
This is a mid-level managerial position which directly reports to the Board. The company secretary has a key role to play in ensuring that board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed. This is a strategic position at the heart of governance operations and acts as a point of communication between BOD, Banks stakeholders and executive management . Candidate should have sound knowledge of corporate law, banking law (BAFIA), board functions and sound language proficiency both Nepali and English with ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure. The candidate is expected to have a diplomatic approach and confidence to provide support to high profile company staff and board members with integrity when handling confidential information. Likewise,candidate should have sound knowledge about financial matters and capacity to analyze financials.

Requirements/ Qualification :
• Masters Degree in commercial Law/ Commerce/ Economics or CA
• 10 years experience and proven track record in similar functions preferably in commercial bank
• Candidate having any specific qualifications related to company secretary, board management, corporate governance or chartered secretary will be given preferences
• Age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline.

2]Corporate Affairs – Managerial Level
Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to maintain excellent working relationships with all statutory bodies,regulatory agencies, media and relevant stakeholders. One should have proven track record of driving brand, effective communications and good Public Relationship . The incumbent is expected to have strong written and oral communication skills and well versed in marketing techniques across TV, FM, radio, print and electronic media. Similarly, aspirant should have good exposure of product planning and development and capacity to enhance corporate profile and branding of the Bank.

Requirements/ Qualification :
• Minimun Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Management/ Economics 
• Age not exceeding 50 as on application deadline
• 7 years of relevant experience preferably in Banking sector/ MNC

3] Project Financing (Hydro Power/Infrastructure}- Assistant Manager Level (Kathmandu)
Candidate shall be able to provide technical expertise in regard to the Hydro Power and other infrastructure projects and shall visit various existing as well as prospective project sites across the country from time to time. He/She shall need to prepare and submit the onsite and offsite reports of such projects hence shall have fluent report writing ability. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying technical feasibility of the projects to be financed by the Bank and shall also monitor such projects closely from its inception till settlement of loan.

Requirements/ Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline
• 7 years of work experience in Hydro Power or other Infrastructure projects

4] Digital Banking- Officer/Senior Officer Level (Kathmandu)

Requirements/ Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelors degree in relevant areas such as IT/Business/Economics with 4 years of relevant experience or Masters degree in IT/Business with 3 years of relevant experience
• Age not exceeding 40 years  as on application deadline

5] Research and Deveopment- Senior Officer Level
Candidates should be profoundly capable to work with numerical information, and expercted to have strong analytical and statistical knack on compilation and presentation of relevant data through innovative and creative approach from formulation and communication standpoint. Should have good command on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint presentation and sound ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communication.

Requirements/ Qualification :
• Minimun Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Business Management/ Economics 
• Age not exceeding 40 years  as on application deadline
• 4 years of work experience in Research and Development field preferably in Financial/ Development sector

6]Corporate Social Responsibilty(CSR)- Officer Level
The aspirant candidate is expected to have decent experience of Digital Marketing who is technologically sound with enriched exposure in sales and marketing. Candidate shall be able to develop digital marketing strategies for the Bank and its customers including defining the opportunity, creating the business case and develop the requirement to implement the strategy. H/She shall generate and analyze the data from the CBS and various other application products in the Bank to determine the valuable opportunities to improve on retail and corporate sales, marketing performance and should have sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant areas such as Business Management/ Economics/ Sociology/ Development studies

• 3 years of relevant experience in CSR related jobs
