JOB / POSITION TITLE: Manager Project Finance (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position is responsible to facilitate loans for long term projects in various sectors of economy. It also involves considering the viability of the project, understanding the requirement of the project and risk involved in the project.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 10 years of banking experience of which at least 5 years in managing project finance of a bank.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Branch Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Branch Manager (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) Locations: Biratnagar, Damak, Narayangarh, Corporate Office Branch, New Road Pokhara This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 10 years of banking experience with at least 4 year of experience in Credit/Relationship Management.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Deputy Chief of Regional Office

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Deputy Chief of Regional Office (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) Locations: Koshi, Mechi Sagarmatha, Lumbini, Gandaki Dhaulagiri,Narayani Janakpur, Bheri Karnali Rapti , Seti Mahakali Regional Offices This role involves assisting Chief of Regional Offices in complementing organizational Vision, Mission, and Strategies. They are expected to appreciate and accept challenging growth targets, have an ambition to achieve significant market shares and achieve/retain market leadership position in balance sheet size as well as in Brand Equity in all the Branches under his/her mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 10 years of banking experience along with experience in Branch Management/Credit/Sales/Operations.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Deputy Head Integrated Risk Management Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Head Integrated Risk Management Department to oversee the development and implementation of the bank’s integrated risk management function. The candidate is required to actively engage in monitoring the performance relative to risk-taking and limit adherence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience along with experience of 5 years in Risk Management/Audit/Treasury/Operation/Finance areas with an inclination towards making career in Risk Management.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Deputy Head Business Process Reengineering

JOB REQUIREMENTS

This position is responsible to assist Head Business Process Reengineering to analyze business process and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. The candidate must have an ability to see the big picture, understand related objectives and be able to apply their understanding of how processes should work with a view to make all the business processes more simple, scientific, efficient, and effective.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Deputy Head Finance & Accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Deputy Head Finance & Accounts (Officer/Senior Officer) This position is responsible to assist Head Finance & Accounts to oversee the entire financial management of the Bank ensuring the sound financial management and optimization of the balance sheet with regard to resource utilization and maximizing returns.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Deputy Head Treasury

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Deputy Head Treasury (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager) This position requires working under the oversight and guidance of Head Treasury to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of financial resources of the Bank in a manner consistent with the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the Bank. The candidate is required to perform treasury activities, supervise all aspects of cash flow and ensure challenging growth of treasury revenue on year to year basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 8 years of experience in Treasury Front Office and well versed in treasury operations, treasury products, forex markets and bullion sales.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Learning and Development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Learning and Development (Senior Officer/Assistant Manager) This position is expected to devise organizational learning and development strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. The candidate is responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance of employees in the bank.

 • At least 8 years of experience in commercial bank with experience of designing, executing successful training programs.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Project Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Project Department (Officer/Senior Officer) This position requires an ability to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of footprint expansion. They are the in-charge of the specific project and they are required to closely work with senior management.

• At least 5 years of banking experience along with proven working experience in Footprint Expansion and General Administration

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Digital Banking Department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Digital Banking (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) This position is responsible for managing the execution of emerging Digital Banking Technology Projects from requirement analysis to implementation.

Eligibility Criteria:

 • Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science /IT-Management.

• Relevant experience in IT Sector for at least 5 years with extensive range of experience in technology projects and planning

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Credit Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Credit Officer (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) The candidate must have an ability to strengthen and facilitate aggressive growth of risk assets and up-keeping the bank’s credit cum compliance standards. Candidate must have orientation towards detailed credit assessment, excellent written/spoken communication skills in an environment fostering independent credit function of the bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• At least 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in relationship/credit/credit risk management/credit analysis/credit approval. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in both credit and business function

 

 

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Treasury Dealer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Treasury Dealer (Junior Officer/Officer) This position will be assigned to manage Treasury Front Office, cross-currency trade, money market operation, and deal in foreign exchange, maximize return on investments, treasury sales and bullion sales.

JOB / POSITION TITLE: Outside Valley Operation Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Outside Valley Operation Manager (Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer) This position is responsible to control and ensure smooth and efficient operations by checking and authorizing banking transactions. The candidate is also responsible to drive entire operation of the assigned branch, ensure the targets as allocated and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, rules, guidelines, By-Laws and regulatory pronouncements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
