NMB Capital Limited (NMBCL) is one of the leading merchant banking institution. To expand the range of services, NMBCL is looking for dynamic, career oriented and qualified individuals to fill in the following positions:

Job Position: Junior Officer – Officer (3)

Department: Investment Banking

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze data and transactions on the capital market, money market and overall economy.
• Forecast stock market trend, interest rate cycles and overall direction of the economy.

Minimum Criteria

• Masters Degree in Management or Economics from recognized university or Chartered Accountant/ Chartered Certified Accountant/ Chartered Financial Analyst from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years experience of which at least 1 year experience in the portfolio management/ mutual fund/ investment banking business/commercial banking.
• Age should not exceed 35 years as on August 25, 2017.
• Knowledge of Nepalese Stock Market, prevailing rules, regulations, practices, and procedures pertaining to the work unit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Strong command over Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other MS Applications.
• Willing to work in odd hours and also be able to work under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Team player, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
