Position: -Human Resource (HR) Expert – I

Summary:-

The main responsibility of the HR Expert is to provide expertise in executing various HR functions within the organization, including supporting and facilitating hospital management in reviewing the existing policies and developing HR policies and procedures according with legal requirements and best practices. The HR expert will be responsible to conduct an HR audit of the existing system and to identify areas for improvement in coordination with the concerned department.

Key Responsibilities:–

  • Plan and manage the recruitment and selection process, including effective source vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees ensuring they are familiar with hospital policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources including budget planning, tracking expenses, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise daily operations of the HR department and ensure efficient and effective HR processes and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances, conducting investigations as needed, and taking appropriate disciplinary actions when required.
  • Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to develop and implement planning strategies for employee engagement, retention, and skill to meet hospital objectives.
  • Assess and develop training programs and coordinate with the Training Division to enhance the skills and knowledge of hospital staff, including topics such as compliance, patient service, and professional development.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor law, regulations and provide HR policy advice to the management and ensure the hospital’s HR policies and practices are in compliance.
  • Prepare human resources policies and procedures that align with organizational standards and regulations, and present them to the authority for review and potential amendments to the policies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the hospital management.

Required Competencies and Qualifications:-

  •  Master's Degree in Management (MBS/MBA) or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, especially healthcare and medical education field.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of remuneration taxes, labor laws & Health laws (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance policies)

Position: Hospital Management (HM) Expert – I

Summary:-
The HM Expert is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall operations of a healthcare facility to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery. The primary role of the HM Expert is responsible for executing hospital staff’s best practices, conduct audits to identify areas for improvement, and staying updated with healthcare advancements and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Perform daily rounds to assess the status of hospital service facilities and evaluate the quality of patient care, providing preliminary assessments of any issues or positive aspects.
  • Closely monitor all hospital daily service activities related to patient care and make sure they align with the organization’s core values.
  • Design and implement a grievance monitoring system to address patient concerns and determine root causes.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the quality assurance team, human resources department, administration, and department heads to identify and address service gaps to improve quality hospital service.
  • Plan to execute hospital staff’s best practices for providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular service audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in health service delivery.
  • Stay updated with organizational trends, healthcare advancement, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to hospital management in sustainability plans, cost-cutting measures, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the hospital management.

Required Competencies and Qualifications: –

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare and Medical Education field
  • Good knowledge of relevant acts of health and medical terminology
  • Working experience in 300 bedded Hospital
  • Hands-on Experience with database systems ( Hospital Information Systems)
