POSITION: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

• Candidates must have MBA Degree from a recognized University with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 out of 4 or first division.
• Fresh graduates who have the zeal to explore, innovate and create platforms are highly encouraged to apply.
• The candidate is expected to have a positive attitude and pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and strong verbal/written communication skills in both Nepalese and English languages.
• Successful candidates will undergo on-the-job training in overall insurance procedures and operations.

Upon successful completion of the training, the candidate shall be placed in a suitable position at Officer Level.

Salary and other benefits shall be as per the Company Rules and are negotiable for deserving candidates.
