VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Excel Development Bank Ltd, a well established regional development Bank having its Head Office at Birtamode, Jhapa invites application from self-motivated and result from oriented Nepalese Citizens for the following positions:

Positions: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Academic Qualification Required:

Masters Degree in Management for both the positions.

Work Experience Required:

Master’s Degree in Management along with a minimum of 8 years of work experience out of which at least 4 years as Manager Cadre or above in Credit and Operation in any Commercial/ Development Banks/Finance Companies.

Position: Assistant General Manager

Work Experience Required:

Master’s Degree in Management along with a minimum of 8 years of work experience out of which at least 2 years as Manager Cadre or above in Credit and Operation in any Commercial/ Development Banks/Finance Companies.

Other Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Must Be proficient in Handling PC, Banking Operations, Credit/Deposit Marketing, Accounting, Data Analysis, and Administration
• The applicant should possess knowledge of NRB Prudential Norms and Reporting Requirements.
• Prevailing Laws applicable to the financial sector and capacity to handle Corporate Credit Client as well as Policy Making.
• Proficient in operating Pumori IV Banking Software shall be an added advantage.
