Required competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of health research including IRB requirement.
  • Good understanding of study designs.
  • Ability to develop research tools both qualitative and quantitative

Key responsibilities:

Qualification:

  • Nepalese Citizen with BPH, Bachelor in Nursing Science, Bachelors in Human Biology, Sociology or related field.
  • Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in public health research.

Required competencies:

  • Have researched Nepal.
  • Excellent communication skills and digital literacy.
  • Committed to invites the required time and willing to build a career in health research.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (verbal and written.)

Key responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit and monitor the sites.
  • Development of study tools, pilot testing, a coordinator with the software team.
  • Coordinate with the field investigators and oversee the implementation and conduct of trial activates (recruitment and follow-ups) and be involved in qualitative data collection.
  • Responsibilities for the data management in coordination with the Project Coordinator.

Position: Data Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1

Qualification:

  • Nepalese Citizen with Bachelor in Computer Science or Informational Technology or Informational Management equivalent degree in relevant field.

Required Competencies:

  • Command in English and Nepali language.
  • Excellent knowledge in data management, data security, and data backup system.
  • Committed to invites the required time and willing to work beyond office hours whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tablet-based and Android-based data collection.
  • Address any technical issues raised during data collection.
  • Experience in Webpage designing and handline research data.
  • Work closely with Principal Investigator/Project Coordinator for the data management system.

Position: Enumerator

Qualification:

  • Nepalese Citizen with BPH or, Bachelors in Nursing Science or, HA background.
  • Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in public health research.
