Business Development Officer – 5

Department: Marketing Department
Position: Supervisor to Jr. Officer
Branch: Head Office/Chitwan Cluster/ Rupandehi Cluster and Eastern Cluster

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in management.
• 3-5 years of banking experience in related field.
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and sales-oriented skills.

Digital/Transaction Banking Officer – 2

Department: Digital and Transaction Banking
Position: Sr. Assistant to Jr. Officer
Branch: Head Office

Digital/Transaction Banking Officer’s Job Description includes:

• Planning digital marketing campaigns which includes web, social media, display advertising.
• Identifying our position at digital/transaction banking sales as compared to other financial institutions.
• Making strategies, market study, market movement to improve the business in digital sales.
• Build branch awareness and product awareness, product development.
• Reporting on the sales performance of all digital/transaction banking products.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or in information technology.
• Business management and sales-oriented skills.
• Leadership and relationship building skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital banking and transaction banking.

Internal Audit- 1

Department: Internal Audit Department
Position: Supervisor to Officer
Branch: Head Office

Required qualifications:

• Chartered Accountants or semi qualified CA/ACCA.
• 3 years of banking experience for semi-qualified CA/ACCA and 1 years for qualified CA in related field with thorough knowledge of NRB directives, BAFIA, and other rules & regulations of banking.
