Pokhara Finance Limited announces vacancies for Jr. Assistant, Credit & Marketing – RM

Pokhara Finance Ltd., a National Level Finance Company with its Head Office in Pokhara, is looking for young, dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizens in the below mentioned posts:

1. Credit & Marketing – RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant/ Supervisor) – 1

Educational Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.

Job Specifications:

• Experience: Assistant: Minimum 2 years, Sr. Assistant: Minimum 3 years & Supervisor: Minimum 4 years of Baking Experience in any NRB Licensed BFIs.
• Post: Sr. Assistant: Have performed job role of RM in Assistant level & Supervisor. Have performed the job role of RM in Sr. Assistant Level and above.
• Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
• Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
• Good negotiation and presentation skill.
• Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.

Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filling application.

2. Jr. Assistant – Few (Sharadanagar, Narayanghat, Kawasoti, Manigram & Kathmandu Valley Branches)

Education Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.

Job Specifications:

• Should be self-starter.
• Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
• Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
• Ability to work in minimum supervision.
• Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.

Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filling application.
