Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SRDBL), a leading national level development bank, is seeking applications from all qualified applicants for the job positions as detailed in the job descriptions and specifications below;

1. IT Department (Full Stack Application Developer)– Butwal (few): Assistant to Officer Level

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery, ASP .NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL, Optional: Web Services(SOAP), REST API.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience preferably in BFIs.

2. IT Department (Network & System)– Butwal (few): Assistant to Officer Level

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux & Windows), Shell programming, OSI Layers, Active Directory, Vmware, Networking knowledge, Fortigate, Cisco, WAF, SIEM. Expertise in server handling with various services such as Apache, Ngnix and so on.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience preferably in BFIs.

3. Digital Business Department – Butwal (few): Assistant to Officer Level

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in Digital Sales preferably from BFIs, IT Companies or ecommerce platforms.
• Preferred Experience & Knowledge:

a. Strong technical understanding of the Retail Banking products.
b. Should have core expertise in digital marketing and have good understanding of web- based content management platforms.
c. Ability to carry deliver on a sales budget. Result oriented.
d. Operations and/or retail frontline experience preferred.
e. Project Management Skills working internally within business, product owners and external agency/vendors.

4. Information Security Analyst – Butwal (few): Assistant to Officer Level

• Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security or related field preferably in BFIs or IT Companies.
• Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, Endpoint Security, EDR, Virtualization and IDPS concepts.
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
• Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
