Specialized Investment Fund (PE/VC)Analyst

Job Grade: Assistant to Officer

Job Summary:

The purpose of the job is to advise on financial activities thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market and its regulation, merchant banking activities, securities trading process, banking procedures, financial statement analysis, technical analysis, and monitoring economic & industry trends. The employee, as in charge, shall ensure effective functioning of the department activities, measured by timely and precise delivery of services thereby maximizing customer satisfaction experience.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent degree.
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years in Capital Markets/Investment Banking/Credit Rating or Private Equity Firm,
  • Special expertise in driving change in particular fields is an advantage, such as foreign capital markets, private equity, venture capital or corporate advisory services,

Candidates should have:

  • Relevant sector expertise in Equity Investment, Fund Management, Merchant Banking, and Financial Services.
  • Passionate about the practical business and economic impact, interested in being hands-on in building out the portfolio companies through PE/VC.
  • Extensive knowledge of planning, implementation, and management of all the activities of the PE/VC.
  • Excellent organizing, analytical, and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
  • Highly confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and intuitive.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali.

Investment Manager/Analyst

Job Grade: Supervisor to Officer Level

Job Summary:

The purpose of the job is to plan and implement day-to-day activities thorough understanding of the Nepalese capital market and its regulation, merchant banking activities, securities trading process, banking procedures, financial statement analysis, technical analysis, and monitoring economic & industry trends.

Minimum Qualification Required:

  • Officer Level:- At least Master’s Degree in Management or CFA/CA/ ACCA, the experience of at least 2 years of post-qualification in Capital Market, Banking Industry, Credit Rating or related field,
  • Supervisor Level:- At least 2 years of related field experience, should have Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent.

Candidate should have:

  • Confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and intuitive.
  • Stock screening in coordination with research department and preparation of investment execution plan.
  • Continuously reviewing reports and mobilizing the stocks according to the trend of the market.
  • Dealing and trading with brokers.
  • Investment Reporting and Communication to various stakeholders.
  • Set, track, and achieve targets, aligned with department objectives.
  • Supervise team members to ensure their interest aligns with the department and organization’s goal.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and statutory-related regulations.

Marketing Manager

Job Grade: Officer to Manager Level

Job Summary:

The purpose of the job is to help a business to promote and sell its products to its customers by managing the company’s marketing initiatives, using market research & analysis to direct marketing strategy, and planning through promotional and marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualification Required:

  • At least Master’s Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
  • Manager Level:- Experience of at least 3 years of post-qualification in Officer level in Capital Market or Banking Industry. In the case of other sectors, at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Officer Level:- At least 2 years of experience in the Capital Market or Banking Industry. In the case of other sectors, at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Candidates should have:

  • Confident, dynamic, thorough, pragmatic, and intuitive.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Excellent organizing, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.
  • Set, track, and achieve targets, aligned with department objectives.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Supervise and lead team members to ensure their interest aligns with the department and organization’s goal.
  • Age not exceeding 40 years.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and statutory-related regulation.
