Senior Officer/ Officer/ Junior Officer/ Supervisor

Location: Province 1 to 7 Branches

Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized university or equivalent with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience: Candidate must have 3 – 5 years of experience in banking sector with atleast 2 years of experience in credit function of the Bank for Officer Level whereas minimum 2 years of experience in banking sector for Supervisor with atleast 1 year experience in credit function of the Bank.

Job Profile:

• This position ensures the efficient daily operation of the branch, including product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, security and safety.
• The position is delegated with the authority and responsibility to undertake the operational activities of the assigned branches competently, determine ways, and contrive new method and technology to improve the profitability and productivity of the branches.

Age Criteria:

• Age not exceeding 40 years for Senior Officer / Officer and Junior Officer as of vacancy deadline.
• Age not exceeding 35 years for supervisor as of vacancy deadline.
