Job Positions – Level

1. Deputy Head-Legal Department – Up to Assistant Manager – 1

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Legal Department.

2. Branch Manager – Up to Officer – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region,

Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk.

3. Assistant Relationship Manager – Up to Supervisor – Few (Province 1, Province 2, Kathmandu Region, Narayanghat Region, Pokhara Region, Butwal Region, Western Region)

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales/ Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance and Risk.

4. Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant – Up to Supervisor – Few (Internal Audit/ Risk Department/ Compliance Department/ Credit Approval Unit)

Prior experience in related department of Commercial or Development Bank shall be an added advantage.

5. Digital Operation – Up to Supervisor – Few (Central Office)

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Digital Banking Department.

6. Legal Department – Up to Supervisor – Few (Central Office)

Prior experience in related department of Commercial or Development bank shall be an added advantage.

7. Contractual Staff- Few (Inside and Outside Valley Branches)

A minimum of three months Internship at Bank and Financial Institutions. Any experience as contract or outsourced staff in BFI’s shall be an added advantage.

Academic Qualification Criteria

  • A Minimum of Master’s Degree in LLM with Advocate License for Deputy Head-Legal Department.
  • A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/Officer Level.
  • A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with CA Intermediate/CAP II for Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • A Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in LLB/BA.LLB. For Legal Department.
  • A Minimum of 50% in Bachelors (Management/ Economics or related field) for Contractual Staff.

Age Criteria

  • Age not exceeding 40 years for Managerial Level.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant to Supervisor Level.
  • Age not exceeding 28 years for Contractual Staff.
