Garima Capital Limited is a Merchant Banker, licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to render ‘Portfolio Management Services’ (PMS). It has also obtained Depositary Participant License from CDS & Clearing Ltd. to render DP Services. The company is on the verge of obtaining full-fledged Merchant Banking License including a Mutual Fund Manager License. The Company is located at Kamalpokhari Ward-01, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Position Summary:
We are searching for an ‘HR Officer’ (Corporate Position – Junior Officer) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding HR-related legislation and good insight into the HR process.
The position holder should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and should possess remarkable people management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
The position holder will be responsible for HR-related tasks and should contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the supervisor.
This position reports directly to the Head – Finance and Planning Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Duties and Responsibilities of HR Officer include the following:
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and systems regarding HR processes;
- Assist in preparation and updation of SOPs, Policies, Bylaws, JD (Job Description), Employee Manual, Company Manual, etc.
- Assist in developing best HR policies and procedures;
- Actively involved in the recruitment process by preparing Job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process;
- Assist effectively in the Employee onboarding process;
- Support in conducting Training Programs for employees;
- Assist in Performance Evaluation processes;
- Support the management in resolving disciplinary and grievance issues;
- Update and review the records in HR software (Rigo) Regarding Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Provident Fund, CIT, TDS, etc.;
- Assist in payroll processing and payroll disbursement;
- Actively involve in the Full & Final Settlement Process and preparation of Full & Final computation, Experience letter, clearance letter, etc.
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all documents related to employees in digital format and physical;
- Ensure meticulous implementation of policies regarding variable pay and other benefits to employees;
- Ensure statutory compliance related to employment and Human Resources applicable to the organization;
- Communicate with the team members about the issues/activities impacting their performance;
- Ensure that all team members are organized and satisfied in their work environment;
- Any other work assigned by senior officials;
Education and Experiences
- MBA or equivalent.
- With minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Age not exceeding 40 years.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
