Job Description
Build and Manage Banking Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs).
- Act as a liaison between Bibaabo and partner BFIs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
New BFI Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard new BFIs to expand the company's network and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
- Analyze industry developments and provide insights to the management team.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Bibaabo's position in the market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with overall business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the banking sector.
- Address client queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
Job Specification
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking field or a similar field
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new clients in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
