Job Description
Design and Develop Flutter Applications:
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and responsive mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and other developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Codebase Management:
- Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications built with Flutter.
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization through best practices like code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
Integration with Backend Services:
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate the mobile application with server-side systems.
- Work with APIs and third-party libraries to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
UI/UX Design Implementation:
- Implement and maintain a consistent and polished user interface (UI) based on design specifications.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by optimizing UI performance and responsiveness.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues within the application.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the application.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest Flutter and Dart programming language trends, tools, and best practices.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
Job Specification
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a mobile app developer with expertise in Flutter.
- Portfolio of published mobile applications on Google Play or the App Store.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and its core principles.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Optional:
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be beneficial.
