Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Closely work and assist Chief Executive Officer with the under mentioned responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic goals in Financial terms
Operational Management: Oversee the cement production process, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with standards.
Financial Oversight:
- Should be able to head the entire function of Finance & Accounts
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures to achieve profitability targets.
- Periodic Reporting and gap analysis and further action Plan
- Able to Manage Banking relationship
- Able to Manage Cash Flow and Vendor relationship
- Able to Co-ordinate with Divisional Heads for budgeting and execution
- Able to coordinate with Internal Auditors
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Sustainability & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations.
- Promote eco-friendly practices and sustainable development in cement production.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- CA or ACCA or Masters in Management with hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, in manufacturing industries or in depth knowledge of Audit in manufacturing industry preferably in Cement Industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of NFRS is the must
- Should have closed the Balance sheet for minimum 1-2 years
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
