Area Supervisor (Pokhara)

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff across assigned locations or teams.

Monitor performance, ensure targets are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, workflow, and compliance.

Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team leaders and employees.

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Prepare reports on area performance, incidents, and staffing needs for management.

Resolve conflicts, handle employee issues, and maintain a positive work environment.

Supervise and monitor daily operations within the assigned area.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supervisory or team lead roles.

Problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in the industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
